Chaparral High School is still an award-winning continuation school that gives students a personalized and supportive place to learn that encourages them to keep going and do well in school. RULER lessons are a way for the school to make mental health and emotional intelligence a top priority for the 2025–2026 school year. Students can also choose to take specialized Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, which teach them the skills they need to get a job right away or go to college after they graduate.
