Dinuba, a city nestled in Tulare County, California, finds its place in the San Joaquin Valley. The population is roughly 25,000. Deep agricultural traditions run through the area, and a vibrant Hispanic culture significantly influences the community daily rhythms. Dinuba Unified School District runs eight elementary campuses across the city, and several carry Title I designation given the high proportion of economically disadvantaged students in the region. Schools throughout the district have been dedicating resources to English Language Development, PBIS character programs, and ensuring each student has access to technology.
