Recent activities at Cedargrove Elementary School included participation in District-wide Read Across America Week, featuring Daily Themes related to reading; literacy challenges; and classroom Book events designed to celebrate a love of reading. In addition, the school community participated in the Charter Oak Education Foundation’s "March Madness" Fundraising events that will support District-wide educational programs/resources at all District schools. These events emphasize Cedargrove’s ongoing commitment to increasing literacy engagement along with bolstering strong school-community involvement during the spring term of the 2026 school year.
