Whittier Elementary School recently hosted a "Family Literacy Night" to share updated 2026 reading curriculum tools with parents. The school is currently accepting School of Choice transfer applications for the 2026-27 year until January 23. Students are participating in a district-wide initiative to celebrate community heroes this month.
