Being Updated
Jefferson Elementary School in Corona, California, held Career Day. Fifth graders learned about different jobs and heard from people who were interesting. The school is also trying to teach kids how to be good people, and Matt Murray, the Character Education Teacher, has been praised for his work. Jefferson Elementary also has Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Kinder spaces for Spanish-speaking kids, which helps with bilingual education. These programs show how much the school wants people to get involved in the community and learn.
