Rosebank Elementary School in Chula Vista, California, recently took part in the Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day, which promotes equality and unity in education. As part of its efforts to make the Chula Vista Elementary School District safer, the school is also moving to a closed-campus setting. Rosebank Elementary is also in the district's Holiday Card Contest, which shows off the students' creativity and talent. The school stresses that every student can learn and do well, no matter where they come from.
