There is a lot of excitement at Chula Vista Hills Elementary School! The Chula Vista Elementary School District just started its Parent Ambassador Program to improve the connection between home and school. This program probably includes Chula Vista Hills Elementary. The Port of San Diego also gave the district $60,000 to improve environmental education for students and make sure that all students have the same chances to learn about science. The school is also part of the district's efforts to improve the mental and emotional health of students and teach them how to be socially responsible.
