Chabot Elementary School is celebrating its recognition of JoDee Haffner and Julia Newlin as the standout employees of the current 2025–2026 academic term. The campus is hosting several early dismissal days throughout March to allow for essential student assessments and teacher collaboration. Parents are encouraged to attend the Parents Club meeting on March 3 to discuss upcoming spring photo days and community events.
Q1. Does Chabot Elementary School have a specific school colors and mascot for spirit days?
Ans. The Bobcat is the school's mascot, and every Friday, students are encouraged to wear school colors to show their pride in the school.
Q2. What do you have to do to get an early dismissal from Chabot Elementary School?
Ans. An adult with permission must sign the student out at the main office and show a valid photo ID.
Q3. Does Chabot Elementary School have a science or STEM fair for all grades every year?
Ans. Every year, the school has a Science and Engineering Showcase where students show their families their original research projects.
Q4. How does the Chabot Elementary School cafeteria handle student allergies during lunch?
Ans. Nutrition services keep a list of foods that students can't eat and set up areas where students can't eat nuts to keep everyone safe.
Q5. Are there any clubs at Chabot Elementary School that focus on technology after school?
Ans. The PTA sets up different enrichment sessions for interested K-5 students, such as basic computer coding and digital media projects.
