Pinetree Community Elementary recently held a special assembly for all of its students to celebrate their victory in the district-wide math competition. The school is getting ready for its "Kindergarten Round-Up" event, which will welcome new families and help them get ready for the 2026–2027 school year. School leaders are also working with local safety officers to put on a workshop for the community to teach kids how to stay safe while walking and riding bikes.
Q1. Is there a dual language immersion program at Pinetree Community Elementary School for its students?
Ans. The school has a special program that teaches students how to read and write in both Spanish and English.
Q2. What special chances does the way Pinetree Community Elementary School is set up give?
Ans. There are outdoor learning areas on campus where students can interact with the curriculum in a new way.
Q3. What does Pinetree Community Elementary School do to keep students safe on days when it rains?
Ans. When the weather is bad, students are watched over in the cafeteria or classrooms during lunch and other indoor activities.
Q4. Does Pinetree Community Elementary School have any chances for students to perform music each year?
Ans. Students sing and play instruments in seasonal concerts to show off their vocal skills and their first work with musical instruments.
Q5. Is there an active English Learner Advisory Committee at Pinetree Community Elementary School?
Ans. Every three months, there are meetings for parents of English learners to give their thoughts on school programs and budgets.
