Rockwood Elementary is encouraging students to "Empower Your Child with Biliteracy" through its growing Dual Language Immersion enrollment drive. This month, the school community is getting together for LCAP forums to talk about whether there are enough books and other materials in the classroom. The campus also changed its safety rules recently to make sure that all of the younger students feel welcome and safe.
