The week of March 2026 at Loma Vista Elementary School in Brentwood was dedicated to celebrating Read Across America Week, where all classrooms had guest readers such as Dr. Eaton visit the campus to read to students and participate in literacy-related activities. Guests engaging in reading and other activities provided excitement throughout the school as students were able to find different ways to explore books and participate in reading programs.
