The BUSD 2025–2026 Student Calendar says that the campus is getting ready for a shorter day on February 27 to mark the end of the second trimester. Parents are also asked to fill out the Facilities Master Plan survey to make sure that the school has the technology and safety it needs in the future.

Ans. Families who want to enroll for the next school year usually have until mid-February to submit their priority applications.
Q2. How can parents let Washington Elementary know what they think about the school's facilities?
Ans. Families fill out a Facilities Master Plan survey to help the campus decide what safety and technology needs are most important for the future.
Q3. Does Washington Elementary have a library program just for them?
Ans. A part-time librarian helps students choose books that are right for their grade level and encourages them to read by coming to the library once a week.
