In January 2026, Trillium Charter School in Arcata held an Open House called "Science and Snacks" that brought together students, families, and people from the area. Students showed off their projects and explained what they had learned in a hands-on way at the interactive science displays. Visitors could walk through the classrooms, watch the students do their work, and get a better idea of how the school teaches.
