Adelanto is a city in the High Desert area of Southern California San Bernardino County. There are about 38,000 people who live there. The city is known for its parks and neighborhoods that are getting bigger. It has a quiet suburban feel and is close to major highways in the area. Adelanto has both public and charter elementary schools that help students learn the basics. Schools put a lot of stress on the basics of reading, writing, and math, as well as preparing students for a job. The city is better off with local parks, community programs, and ongoing growth.
