Elizabeth Prewett, who teaches at Mills University Studies High School, was named the Arkansas History Teacher of the Year for 2025. This was a big win for the social sciences. The school also showed that it was serious about language by giving the Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy to 37 students who could speak more than one language. Also, student leaders in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) program are getting ready for state-level competitions after doing well at their last spring conference.
