The Office for Education Policy (OEP) recently gave Owl Creek the "Beating the Odds" award, which honors students who have done well and made progress.

Owl Creek held its "15th Annual Local Harvest Lunch" on October 20, 2025, to celebrate "Farm to School Month." Students and families enjoyed meals made with food from nearby farms.

Recently, the school held a STEAM Night that was very popular. Students and their families took part in hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. This was a great way to get more people involved in the community and make Owl Creek a better place to live.
