Masters Elementary School will hold its Winter Program on Thursday, December 11, with performances at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The event will feature seasonal presentations by students.
Q1. How does Masters help kids learn to read and compare things early on?
Ans. District-guided reading discussions and graphic organizers help students learn how to compare characters, settings, and simple themes.
Q2. How does the school teach students to look at temperatures?
Ans. During early science lessons, students read thermometers, keep track of the temperature each day, and discuss how warm and cool things are.
Q3. What routines help students learn how to keep their things neat?
Ans. Teachers help kids learn to be responsible by using color-coded bins, checking for organization at the end of lessons, and labeling stations.
Q4. How does Masters help people get better at skip-counting fluency?
Ans. Students learn how to skip-count, use number charts, and practice rhythmic counting in lessons that get them ready for multiplication.
Q5. What does the school do to teach students how to respond to feedback with respect?
Ans. Students practice listening, asking questions to make things clearer, and changing their work based on what their teacher and classmates say.
