Vinson Middle School in Huntington, West Virginia, is getting a lot of attention for its recent successes! The school was one of only two middle schools in West Virginia to win the 2022–2023 PLTW Distinguished School award. This award honors Mrs. Gibbs and the school's dedication to excellence. The school is also buzzing with excitement because Spring Formal tickets are on sale and Spring Fling Week is coming up soon. This will be a great way to end the school year.

The school's events calendar is full of fun things to do. For example, the Vinson Tigers will play Wayne in the Wayne County Tournament on February 23rd. Vinson Middle School is definitely a school to keep an eye on because it has a strong sense of community and a supportive environment.
