Bill Hays Middle fine arts groups earned multiple top ratings during recent evaluations and assessments. The Hays Concert Band received straight first division ratings from all six judges, the Hays Orchestra earned Sweepstakes honors during UIL week, and the Dance program received 1st Division ribbons at the first-ever DEAL assessment.
