At a recent pep rally in March, Cedar Valley Middle School said they would give $18,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The donation was the school's tenth year of taking part in the fundraising effort, and it brought the total amount raised over the past ten years to more than $100,000. The campaign is part of a long-standing tradition on campus of students helping others.
