Huron Middle School students earned selection to the South Dakota Music Education Association Middle School All-State Orchestra. Five students, Dahlia Linares on violin, Xavier Peterson, Naw Iris Htoo, and Tucker Lien on cello, and December Chase on bass, were chosen and are scheduled to perform in Rapid City on February 21, 2026. The selections recognize individual musical performance evaluated through a statewide audition process.
