Pittsburgh South Brook 6-8 is getting ready for the future by adding stronger STEAM-focused learning and full academic blocks for the 2025-2026 school year. The school community is still doing well thanks to its specialized arts and music programs and a long history of extracurricular activities that encourage students to take an active role in their education. The campus is also still a center for student-centered growth, thanks to stronger partnerships with the community that offer unique mentoring and social-emotional learning opportunities. As we move into 2026, South Brook is focusing on improving the core curriculum so that every student is ready for success in high school and beyond.
