McGregor Intermediate School PBIS Team hosted an assembly for April 2026 Students of the Month. The event was part of a monthly program at the school to celebrate student achievement and positive behavior. Parents and teachers gathered to celebrate the students’ accomplishments and their dedication to the school community.
Q1. What part of the day shows the biggest change from elementary school?
Ans. Students begin handling multiple subjects with different teachers, which changes how the day is organized compared to a single-classroom setup.
Q2. What do students spend time doing during class at McGregor Intermediate School?
Ans. Most class time includes guided instruction, written work, and short activities connected directly to the lesson.
Q3. What happens during class transitions here?
Ans. Movement is introduced gradually, with fewer switches and more guidance than a full middle school schedule.

Ans. Each lesson follows clear steps, making it easier to understand what to do at each stage.
Q5. What becomes easier after adjusting to McGregor Intermediate School?
Ans. Following the schedule and keeping track of different subjects starts to feel natural as routines repeat daily.
