Being Updated
In May 2025, 237 got safety upgrades when new NYPD Argus surveillance cameras were put up close to the campus. Sandra Ung, a council member, talked about the project, which also included coverage near the East-West School of International Studies. The cameras were put up to help with public safety and make it easier to keep an eye on the area around the school. The installation was part of a bigger plan to make school campuses safer.
