Jhs 223 Montauk finished the “Start Spreadin’ the News” crowdfunding project in early 2026. Mr Jorgensen was in charge of the project that was funded to buy equipment to record podcasts, music and school announcements. The additional tools help students in their production work and develop communication skills, confidence and creativity through media activities. This project expands the range of experiential learning in school-based broadcasting and audio production.
