An 8th-grade student from Forsythe Middle School spoke at the 2025 Michigan Career Education Conference, a prominent statewide event focused on career and technical education. As captain of the school’s robotics team and a veteran of robotics programs, she shared her experiences with Project Lead The Way (PLTW) and FIRST robotics — and was recognized as the only middle school student presenting among policymakers and education stakeholders.
