Ramay Junior High School received approval for a rezoning request on December 16, 2025, following a 5–3 vote by the Fayetteville City Council. The rezoning affects approximately 27 acres on the east side of College Avenue near the former Formosa building. The decision clears the way for construction of a new $103 million Ramay Junior High campus.
