STEM Academy is a public high school in Spokane Valley, WA. The school is in the Central Valley School District and teaches kids in grades 9 through 12. There are about 400 students at the school, and there are about 14 students for every teacher. This makes it easier for teachers to plan lessons that are tailored to each student's needs. The school puts a lot of emphasis on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education by offering special classes and projects that students can do. Taking advanced classes like honors and college-prep classes can help students get ready for college and jobs in the tech field. In the school year 2025–2026, about 64% of students are good at math and 84% are good at reading. The school gives the SAT and ACT tests. About 9% of the students at STEM Academy at SVT are from minority groups, and about 30% of them are low-income. The school is in Spokane Valley and has a supportive learning environment that focuses on science, technology, engineering, and math.
