The Hickory High School track team is turning problems into successes, showing how strong and determined they are. The Hawks, the school's football team, are doing great this season thanks to their growth and team spirit. Hickory High School is also honoring Principal Dr. Donna Weingand, who won the Excellence in Educational Leadership Award. Catawba County has also given the school a lot of money, which means that the school can move forward with plans to replace the current building and move HCAM to the same site.
