Mountain Heights Academy is still the best at digital education because they keep releasing new Open Educational Resources that let students access high-quality, interactive course materials for free. The school recently started a new peer-mentoring program that pairs experienced students with new students to help them feel more like they belong in the virtual learning environment. The academy has also added new service-learning projects to its curriculum. These projects encourage students to use their digital skills to solve problems in their own neighborhoods.
