Johnson High School recently honored the great work of its fine arts department. This spring, the Wind Ensemble and Orchestra won top honors at the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading evaluations. The campus is also getting better because of new, modernized science labs that have cutting-edge technology to help with hands-on research and college-level experiments. Also, the school's student-led community service groups put together a big outreach event in the area, which brought the campus and the San Antonio neighborhood even closer together.
