Stony Point High School was recently named a Project Lead The Way Distinguished School, which is a national honor. This is because the school is dedicated to giving students a high-quality STEM education and hands-on learning experiences. The campus held a party to celebrate the grand opening of its newly remodeled cafeteria. The new space has more seating, modern furniture, and better LED lighting to help students stay healthy. The school's performing arts programs are also getting a lot of praise. For example, the dance teams recently put on "Intersection," a collaborative show that showed off student leadership and creative voice.
