The 2026 International Baccalaureate (IB) Exhibition, which Lamar Academy students recently took part in with local middle schools, was a chance for them to show off their research and global thinking projects. The campus is getting ready for "Decision Day" on April 24. On that day, graduating seniors will tell the community where they will go to college and what they will do for a living. The academy also continues to honor outstanding staff members. A faculty member was recently named Teacher of the Year for 2025–2026 for their dedication to academic rigor and student success.
