The district's $573.75 million bond package is making big improvements to Irving High School's facilities. The goal is to modernize learning environments and give students more opportunities. The campus is still a leader in the fine arts, which is why the NAMM Foundation has named the district one of the Best Communities for Music Education for several years in a row. Through a district initiative that removes financial barriers to higher education, students can take the SAT, ACT, and Advanced Placement tests for free on an ongoing basis.
