The NJROTC program at Lebanon Trail High School was recently named a Distinguished Unit with Academic Honors for the 2025–2026 school year. This means that it is one of the best programs in the country for military and administrative skills. The campus also celebrated a big event in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program, where 15 students were named semifinalists for their great scores on the PSAT. The Academic Decathlon team also made history by finishing second in the state, which earned them a trip to the national competition. This was the first time the district had ever done this.
