In March 2026, the Valle Verde Early College High School Mock Trial team won the Region 19 Championship and moved on to the Texas High School Mock Trial State Championship. This was a big goal for them. The campus is also celebrating the achievements of each student. For instance, a senior who recently won a prestigious QuestBridge Scholarship to Princeton University for her leadership in academics and community service. The school also gives out UTEP Scholarships to help students get into college.
Q1. Are there programs that help people become better leaders?
Ans. Yes, students can learn how to be leaders by joining student groups, working on group projects, and mentoring other students.
Q2. Are there chances for peer mentoring?
Ans. Of course, yes! Older kids can teach younger kids how to be leaders, work together, and help each other.
Q3. Are there programs that help kids stay fit?
Ans. Of course! Valle Verde Early College H S helps students' mental, emotional, and social health by giving them counseling and wellness programs.
Q4. How does Valle Verde Early College H S get students ready for success in the future?
Ans. Planning, skill-building, and guidance programs help students make the transition to college, vocational training, or a job.
Q5. Can students take the SAT and ACT?
Ans. Yes, Valle Verde Early College H S lets students who want to go to college take both the SAT and the ACT.
