Recently, Richard Milburn Academy Amarillo held a Transition Fair where students could talk to people from Amarillo College, the Texas Workforce Commission, and local military branches about what they wanted to do after they graduated. The school still has a flexible four-hour daily schedule that lets students focus on getting back on track with their credits and finishing school early. This school year, updated Adobe technology and individual laptops have been added to daily classroom instruction to help students become more digitally literate.
