There is a public school called Manchester High School in Akron, Ohio. The Manchester Local School District runs it, and it's for kids in 9th to 12th grade. The school usually has between 500 and 700 students, and with 17 students for every teacher, the classes aren't too big. We have a full curriculum at Manchester High. There are also a lot of things to do, like sports, art, and leadership programs. We have students from all kinds of backgrounds, including families from different income levels and many different minority groups from all over Akron. About 75% of kids are good at math and 77% are good at reading. That's pretty good, and when you compare it to what a lot of other states and districts are doing, it really stands out. Because we are a public school, the state of Ohio and our local district decide how much money we can spend on each student. Kids usually take tests for the SAT and ACT, which are state and college entrance exams.
New Playground Name
We are so excited to announce the name of our new playground! Following a school-wide and Robinson community vote we narrowed a large list of names down to four. Since our students will be using the playground on a daily basis, we gave them the final vote! 476.....
