Firestone Community Learning Center had to close for a short time this week because a water main broke, which stopped classes at Firestone and nearby Litchfield CLC buildings. Firestone CLC is still focused on helping students with their schoolwork, even though they are still having trouble with below-average proficiency scores.

Ans. Yes, it is a public high school in the Akron Public Schools system.

Ans. There are AP classes, honors classes, and career technical education programs at the school.

Ans. Yes, students can take the SAT and ACT tests that the district sets up.
Q5. What are the school's levels of proficiency?
Ans. According to USA News, about 25% of people can read and 53% can do math.
