There are about 1,700 students at the school, and with about 20 students for every teacher, there is good support for both learning and getting students involved. Avon High has a great curriculum that helps students get ready for college. They offer AP classes, honors classes, and even programs for different careers and technical skills. They come from different ethnicities and income levels. According to USA News, there is some good news: about 70% of students are good at math, and a solid 87% are even better at reading. This really shows that the students did well in school, especially in English Language Arts. Avon High is in a family-friendly suburb and has great academics and reading programs. They do a great job of getting kids ready for college, even helping them get ready for tests like the SAT and ACT.
