Students at Urban Assembly Gateway School for Technology recently were afforded expanded access to technology-focused coursework and career readiness programs in keeping with New York City’s growing emphasis on STEM education. The school is working on creating project-based learning opportunities that connect coding, digital design, and problem-solving skills to real-world applications for the 2025–2026 academic year. Recent academic initiatives also include additional college preparation workshops, technology enrichment activities, and industry-connected learning experiences to help students prepare for future careers in tech-related fields.
