Coronado High School has recently improved its sports and performing arts facilities. For example, they put in a new multi-sport turf field and improved the sound quality in the theater. The school's Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs have grown to include new certification paths in health sciences and digital media. The campus has also opened a peer-tutoring center that is open during lunch and after school to help students with their difficult Advanced Placement (AP) classes.
