The South High Art Department recently won a prestigious award for student creativity, which shows how good the school is at the visual arts. The Nebraska Monarchs are also helping with special environmental projects for students, such as the Winter Seed Sowing Workshop and a giveaway of native plants. "Senior Saturday" sessions in the library are also helping the Class of 2026 get ready for graduation and life after high school.
