The Unified Bowling team at Southwest High School just won the District Championship for the first time ever, which means they will be going to the state championships. The school is also getting ready for the Southwest Showdown on February 7, 2026. This is a big event in the community that shows off student spirit and school culture. As they move in to the last quarters of the 2025–2026 school year, juniors and seniors are getting ready for college by taking advanced placement classes.
