The 11th annual Spartan Spectacular show choir competition took place at Lincoln East High School. It brought together musicians from all over the area to perform on the school's stage. Students in social studies classes got to learn about the law uniquely: the Nebraska Court of Appeals held a special session at the school, where students could watch real court cases happen. The Lincoln Public Schools Foundation also keeps supporting classroom projects. This year, they gave out more than $300,000 to help with student emergency funds and new classroom projects.
