High Point Central High School is a public high school in High Point, North Carolina. It is part of the Guilford County Schools district and serves students in grades 9–12. There are about 1,200 to 1,400 students at the school, and the student-to-teacher ratio is about 15:1, which is about the same as the district average. High Point Central High has a full academic program that includes college-prep classes, Advanced Placement (AP) options, career and technical education (CTE) pathways, fine arts, and sports.
