Dr. Tiffani Pollard, a teacher at West Harrison High School, recently won the 2025–2026 National Citizenship Educator Award for her work encouraging her students to be leaders and responsible citizens. The campus is also celebrating the selection of Head Football Coach Quincy Patrick for the prestigious Class of Tomorrow's 25 coaching fellowship, a state-wide program for young athletic leaders. The school has also set up a new Hurricane Recon Leadership Team to plan events across the campus, like the "Get Up and Move" wellness challenges, to get students more involved and healthy.
