Bloomington Transition Center is a public high school program in Bloomington, Minnesota, that helps students between the ages of 18 and 22 who are getting ready to go to college. It is part of the Bloomington Public School District. It is one of seven high schools in the district and its main goal is to help students with special educational needs get ready for adulthood.
