Collegiate Baton Rouge is currently focusing on its cutting-edge campus facilities and its status as a regional leader in helping students grow academically. The campus has recently added more extracurricular activities, such as high-performing boys' and girls' basketball teams that are doing very well this season. Also, all students can now take part in a new program that will provide free healthy meals every day for the 2025–2026 school year. This will help students focus on their health while they learn in the classroom.
