Taft High School Eagles expanded their Career and Technical Education programs with new pathways in business, engineering and digital media giving students hands-on industry experience as well as SAT prep and Advanced Placement courses. Norwood Park campus boasts a robust athletics program with football, basketball and baseball. This spring, the theater department put on Stephen Sondheim’s Into the Woods, giving students experience in set design, performance and stage management. Taft’s counseling team offers college workshops, FAFSA assistance and dual credit courses with City Colleges of Chicago to prepare seniors for college and careers.
